Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

These terms govern online sales made through the Diamante Shoes website by:

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made on the website. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted them. The contract is concluded in Italian; the English, French and Dutch versions are provided for convenience.

3. Products

We sell women’s and men’s shoes selected by Maria Teresa Battista. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes are shown in each product’s size guide.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order. The price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed.

5. Orders and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when we receive your order and confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in the event of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud; in these cases we refund the full amount paid.

Cancellation by the customer: you can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped or, if you chose in-store pickup, until you have collected it. Write to info@diamante-shoes.com or WhatsApp +39 350 951 3449 with your order number: we refund the full amount using the same payment method within 14 days, usually much sooner. If the order has already shipped, you can use the right of withdrawal described in section 8.

6. Payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland), an authorised payment institution. You can choose from the following methods:

• No extra fees: we never charge a fee or surcharge for any payment method.
• Details never stored: card and bank details are entered directly on the secure pages of Stripe or your bank. We never see or store them. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 and the whole website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Charge: the amount is charged when the order is confirmed. If the payment fails, the order is not processed.

7. Delivery and store pick-up

We ship to European Union countries. Times, costs and carriers are listed on the Shipping page. You can also choose free pick-up in our Fossombrone store. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as described on the Returns and exchanges page. Size exchanges are free and can also be made in the store.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under the Italian Consumer Code (art. 128 et seq., Legislative Decree 206/2005). If a product is faulty, contact us: we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law. The guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage caused by improper use.

10. Reviews

Reviews published on the website come from real customers. We do not publish offensive or irrelevant reviews.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to more favourable mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence. Disputes with consumers fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.

12. Dispute resolution

For any complaint, write to info@diamante-shoes.com: we reply within 14 days. Consumers may also turn to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code. The European ODR platform was closed by the European Commission on 20 July 2025.

13. Promotions and discount codes

• Welcome −10% (code BENVENUTO10): when you subscribe to the newsletter you get 10% off your first order. The code can be used once per email address, only on your first order, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• Second pair −15%: if you buy two or more pairs of shoes in the same order, 15% off is applied automatically in the bag to every second pair, calculated on the lower-priced pair of each two.
• Post-purchase offer (code GRAZIE…): after an order you receive a personal 15% code valid for 48 hours, usable once with the same email address and not combinable with other discount codes.
• Free shipping: on orders of €100 or more, as stated on the Shipping page.

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of withdrawal or a partial return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned products, taking any discounts applied into account. We may change or end a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
