Nice to meet you, I’m Maria Teresa
For more than twenty years I have welcomed my customers by name in my store in the historic centre of Fossombrone. I have learned that the right shoe changes a day: that’s why I chose every Diamante Shoes style myself, trying and comparing it. Frequently asked questions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more. Below that it costs €7.90 in Italy and €12.90 to other EU countries. Pick-up in our Fossombrone store is always free.
How long will my order take?
We prepare your order in 1–3 working days. Delivery takes 5–10 working days in Italy and 5–12 working days in the rest of Europe, with DHL, UPS or GLS. You’ll receive the tracking number by email.
How do I choose the right size?
Every shoe has its own size chart in centimetres and a fit note. If you’re unsure, message me on WhatsApp: I’ll advise you on the size myself, just as I would in the store.
Can I return or exchange the size?
Yes. Size exchanges are free and you have 14 days to return. Shoes must be unworn, with the box and labels. You can also exchange them directly in the store.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Of course: choose “Store pick-up” at checkout. You can also reserve a pair online and try it on in the store before taking it home.
