We prepare your order in 1–3 working days. Delivery takes 5–10 working days in Italy and 5–12 working days in the rest of Europe, with DHL, UPS or GLS. You’ll receive the tracking number by email.

Every shoe has its own size chart in centimetres and a fit note. If you’re unsure, message me on WhatsApp: I’ll advise you on the size myself, just as I would in the store.

Yes. Size exchanges are free and you have 14 days to return. Shoes must be unworn, with the box and labels. You can also exchange them directly in the store.

Of course: choose “Store pick-up” at checkout. You can also reserve a pair online and try it on in the store before taking it home.
