Where we ship

We ship to Italy and all European Union countries (including France, the Netherlands and Belgium).

Carriers and delivery times

We prepare your order in 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and hand it to the carrier within one working day.

• Italy: 5–10 working days — DHL, UPS or GLS
• European Union: 5–12 working days — DHL or UPS

You will receive the tracking number by email when your parcel ships. During peak periods (holidays, promotions) times may be slightly longer.

Costs

Prices are in euros (EUR), VAT included. The shipping cost is always shown in the bag and at checkout before you pay. The €100 threshold is calculated on the product total after any discounts.

Free pick-up in store (click & collect)

At checkout you can choose “Store pick-up”: we prepare your order and let you know when it is ready to collect at Corso Garibaldi 95, Fossombrone (PU). Pick-up is free. With “Reserve and try on in store” you can also try the shoes before taking them home.

Packaging

Every pair travels in the Diamante box, with tissue paper and a dust bag, protected by a shipping carton.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, report it to the carrier on delivery and email us straight away at info@diamante-shoes.com with a few photos.
