- Mark the tip of your big toe with a pencil.
- Measure in centimetres from the wall to the mark and choose the matching size.

Free size exchange and returns within 14 days: shoes must be unworn, with box and labels. You can also return them in the store.

Avoid getting the jute sole wet. Clean the upper with a soft brush and store in a dry place.

Which size should I choose?
True to size: take your usual size. If you are unsure, message me on WhatsApp at +39 350 951 3449 and I’ll advise you personally.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes, size exchanges are free. You have 14 days to return them, or you can exchange them in my store at Corso Garibaldi 95, Fossombrone.
Does the jute sole get damaged by water?
Jute doesn’t like water: avoid puddles and wet sand. Kept dry, it will last many summers.
How long will my order take?
We prepare your order in 1–3 working days. Delivery takes 5–10 working days in Italy and 5–12 working days in the rest of Europe, with DHL, UPS or GLS. You’ll receive the tracking number by email.
